Mr. Peter Cheng Peter Cheng is a Certified Public Accountant (Practicing) of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He had worked in one of the international accounting firms, Peat Marwick and Mitchell (now KPMG) for over seventeen years. He is proficient at implementing computer information system among manufacturing, trading, hotel and bank industries.

 

Dr. Daniel Gruszynski Dr. Daniel Gruszynski is native German, living and working in Hong Kong since 1996, and has worked for multinational companies in senior management positions, such as Group General Manager Strategy Controlling, Executive Vice President Business Administration, Group CFO Asia, Board Director, and Group Director of Internal Audits. He has gained management experience in manufacturing, service and design sectors of various industries, among them telecommunications, electronic parts, computer chips, fire security systems, traffic control systems, jewelry, watches, and advanced machines. His key expertise lies in developing effective cost management programs and implementing them, in effectively integrating people and structures in mergers, and in coaching managers to become effective leaders. Besides sharing his 30 years of management experiences and consulting companies in Asia, Daniel is also heading an efficient and effective administration team to which companies outsource their business administration tasks in order to keep costs down. Daniel titled this value offer as “Lean Admin”. Occasionally, Daniel is hired as Interim-VP or CFO during start-up, mergers or crisis. Daniel was awarded an MBA from the University of Western Sydney and a DBA from the University of Newcastle, and is conducting seminars for various management challenges.

Dr. Mike C.W. FUNG was born and educated in Hong Kong. He went to US for university studies in Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Distinction) from the Washington State University (1972), and Master of Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University (1975). After this, he worked at Calgary, Canada. He was an Application Software System Development Project Manager for 10 years. He got his MBA in Finance in University of Calgary (1982), Canada. Eugene Ha is working in finance and banking industries for over fifteen years. He had worked in many multi-national companies, international accounting firms, fund management companies and listed companies in Hong Kong. His strength is in listing, financing and business management consultancy. He is a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Certified Public Accountant of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an associate member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and a Master Degree holder. He is a director of various Hong Kong listed companies.

Ms. Luo is a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a China Tax affairs economist. She had worked as financial associates in Sun Hung Kai Properties ( China) Company Limited and financial manager in Jebsen & Co. Limited for several years. She has extensive experience in handling accounting affairs, China taxation, commercial administration, legal and business operations. She also has a well structured network and good relationship with government departments and associations.

CP Lau is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants . Mr Lau studied in Australia and has a degree of Commerce and a MBA degree. He has over 10 years of HK and PRC accounting experiences. After graduation, he had been working for a number of companies, which included several finance companies, in HK, PRC and Australia. In 1996, Mr Lau was employed by a large joint-venture in Shenzhen as the Financial Controller and stayed with the position for four years. Mr Lau is familiar with PRC accounting, taxation and management style.
