In 1987, Louis Leung established Louis W. O. Leung & Co., Certified Public Accountants. Over the years, our firm has actively expanded the number of partners and associates both in Hong Kong and worldwide. Wing On CPA & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, was then established in early 2001 to meet the globalization of our firm. Our Firm currently consists of five Certified Public accountants. Most of our colleagues possess university degree or above.
Bernie Suen has obtained the designations of Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant, Associate member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and Fellow member of IT Accountants Association. He is well-versed in listing assignments both in GEM and main board, corporate finance, corporate recovery, assurance and tax planning. He is currently the head of assurance and corporate recovery departments.
Martin Hung is a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He concentrates on the accountancy, audit and taxation issue of HK and PRC, and has experience in audit of listed companies in Hong Kong, handling due diligence assignments, pre-listing corporate structuring and IPO projects in Hong Kong.
Eric Lam was graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University majoring in Master of accounting; He is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant, a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Certified General Accountants Association of Canada. Apart from Auditing, Taxation, Liquidation, Human Resources and Training, he also especially expertise in merge and acquisition, and financial planning etc.
Chan Ka Chi was graduated from Ottawa University in America majoring in Belcher of Business Administration. He had been working in scale of large, medium and small size accounting firms in mainland China. He also has substantial and practical experience in accounting for variety of including business of manufacturing, restaurant, traveling, school, solicitor firm, and church.
