Invitation Tobacco Control Workshop for Journalists from Mainland China from Hong Kong Council on Smoking and Health
Dear Members,
This mail serves to invite members to join a Workshop for Journalists from Mainland China and a reception dinner.
Members were noted at the Council Meeting on 17 July 2007 that the China programs for the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, a partner of the Bloomberg Global Initiative to Reduce Tobacco Use, has collaborated with the Financial & Economic News Research Center of Peking University and the Caijing Magazine (財經雜誌), to organize a Training Program on Tobacco Control for a delegation of 20 journalists from mainland China and COSH is arranging a 2-day workshop in Hong Kong for the delegation. Please see Annex (070801_EX_2007_4_Workshop for Journalists from Mainland China) for detailed information regarding the programme.
This workshop will be held from 27.8.2007 to 28.8.2007 and a reception dinner will also be organized on 27.8 for members to meet with the delegation and to share our experiences.
Members are cordially invited to attend the reception dinner and this workshop. Please see Annex (Programme - Workshop for China Journalists) for the programme of the workshop. Details of the dinner are listed as follows:
