Dear Mr. Louis Leung,

Re: Invitation for Being the Mentor of "Navigation" Mentoring Program
2006

On behalf of The Business Students' Union, HKUSTSU, I am pleased to invite you to be the mentor of our highlighted function, "Navigation"
Mentoring Program 2006, which will be launched in the coming Fall Semester.

"Navigation¡¨ is a career program, which aims at helping our members to equip themselves and showing them the direction for their future business career. The mentoring program is richly composed of a series of sub-programs including seminars, workshops, firm visits, a mentoring dinner and internship. The elementary objectives of these programs are to let mentees find out their potentials and discover methods to utilize their career abilities with the guidance of mentors.

It's our honor to invite you to participate in this meaningful program and be the mentor of "Navigation". The role of mentors is mainly to join the gathering (e.g. bi-monthly gathering) and share your experience with mentees, so as to help them broaden their horizon and equip themselves for the future. The ratio of mentor-to-mentees is proposed to be 1 to 3.
Special request on the ratio is surely welcome and negotiable. Attached please find the proposal of "Navigation" Mentoring Program 2006 for further details.

With your sophisticated experience and guidance, your mentees could definitely be inspired and nurtured as successful business leaders like you. Moreover, we would be very grateful if you could let us know if your company could offer any places for internship (2 weeks to 1 month) to our selected mentees in January 2007. Please kindly fill in the reply slip attached behind to show your preference and return it by mail:
Mailbox #15, Students Centre, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Clear Water Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong or by email:
(su_bsu@stu.ust.hk) on or before 28th June, 2006, so that we can have a better arrangement for the program. For any inquiries, please feel free to contact the External Vice-Chairperson, Ms. Fung Ka Li Kelly at 9649

Thank you for your kind attention. We are looking forward to receiving your favorable reply soon.

Yours sincerely,
