Mr. Louis Leung, the president of Wing On Professional Group, had worked for Peat Marwick Mitchelle & Co (KPMG), which is a worldwide accounting firm, about five years and Grant Thornton (formerly known as Nelson Wheeler Speakman & Co.) as audit manager and Certified Public Accountant since 1979. Having working for various CPA firms for over 23 years and being a Certified Public Accountant for 19 years, Mr. Leung has valuable experiences to handle challenges that Small Medium Enterprises face.

By self-studying and hard working, Mr. Leung successfully acquired the professional qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant from both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Society of Accountants in 1984. He then became the fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Society of Accountants in 1989 and 1991 respectively. Mr. Leung is also as an Accountant Ambassador and Duty Accountant of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants, which provides free public advisory services.

In 1987, Mr. Leung incorporated his own CPA firm, Louis W. O. Leung & Co., providing various services such as accounting, auditing, taxation, company secretarial, and management consulting, etc.

Over the years, Mr. Leung continues to expand the number of partners and associates both in Hong Kong and worldwide. Wing On CPA & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, was then established by Mr. Louis Leung and Mr. Peter Cheng in the early 2001 to meet clients demand in globalization.

For further development, Mr. Louis Leung and Mr. Peter Cheng incorporated Wing On Professionals Global (WOPG) in April 2001 providing comprehensive and unique services to clients. Different from traditional Certified Public Accountants firms, WOPG is designed to providing both short-term and long-term assistance in running business. Our scope of services are not limited in accounting, auditing and taxation fields, but also encompass everything from general business consultancy, listing, merger & acquisition, fraud prevention, company formational and management consultancy, and information technology to meet the demands of clients.
